Since 2016, Charlie has led our Northeast field sales team, where growth still happens face to face.

His team stays shoulder-to-shoulder with operators and distributor reps: product cuttings, leading hands-on training, supporting sales meetings, food shows, and business reviews. It’s about helping clients grow by staying close to the customer and tight with distribution.
He takes pride in developing strong sales leaders who come prepared, compete hard, and deliver. Charlie’s competitive by nature, but he knows winning only works when the team moves together. Results aren’t handed out — they’re earned.
